When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at changes.

You can help us by allowing us to help you.
Are you  about to lose your residential, commercial, or vacant land property because of unpaid property taxes?
losing your property and receiving nothing more than bad credit really sucks.
Terecor Foundation is in need of the property that you are letting go.  Our solution to the problem is:
You grant deed the property to Terecor Foundation Corporation, and in return The Internal Revenue will reward you with a tax write off for the full market value your donated property minus the encumbrances.
Your donation of property will assist the foundation in its' efforts to continue providing needed services to addicted pregnant women and their unborn fetus.

OK, Now you have lost your property to the highest bidder at the Tax Defaulted Lien Sale Auction. Your property was sold to the highest bidder.  You no longer have the option of donating the property and receiving a tax write-of for the market value of the property.  However, the game is not over,  and you are still an active player. (Example) $5000.00 owed in back taxes plus penalties, fees and costs for sale total $8500.00.  The high bid for the property was $60000.00.  Deduct the taxes plus cost and fees= $60000.00-minus $8500.00=$51500.00 which is excess proceeds from the sale.  Guess what, This money belongs to you, (if there were no liens filed against the property before the sale occurred.)  You have up to one year from the date that the property was recorded with the County Recorder's office to file claim for all of the excess proceeds or a portion of the proceeds if there are other valid liens.
